    • Construct Health Education Building - Multi-year contract includes pre-construction tree evaluation and appraisal of preserved trees, performing and supervising tree protection, maintenance, and bi-weekly monitoring reports.
    • Agricultural Research Facility 1 - Limited contract includes pre-construction tree evaluation and appraisal of preserved trees.
  • Berea College and Turner Construction
    • Construct Edwards Building - Tree protection and consultation during utility hydrovac excavation. Contracted on as needed basis for root pruning and preservation (see Figure 1).

Excavation ditches crossing through multiple trees' root zones is a common clash on construction sites. University and Colleges have Tree Protection Standards that govern construction practices to help reduce damage to trees and soils.
